Ever since the meeting where Mahn had shown up, hurt and covered in blood, Dalgina had been sticking to the house. The soft hearted pup couldn't stand the idea of her talnala getting hurt, or even that of her friends. Her house had always been a safe haven for the pup, and now she was working hard to keep it that way. Dalgina's cries had been unheeded by her parents, both still leaving the house where they could get hurt. Keldava had only put up with her tingla's worry for a day before joining them.
None of them managed to convince Dalgina that it was okay to go outside, that it would be alright to relax and maybe, just maybe, have some fun. Instead her mind ran rampant with monsters, her imagination turning against her. Soft dreams of strange creatures and running in the clouds turned into nightmares, sending her screaming awake. Tired and unable to relax Dalgina sat, shivering on the carpet in the living room. She didn't like how she felt. She didn't like knowing that her parents couldn't fix everything. Dalgina just wanted everything to be better again.
