Someone was outside the house. Dalgina had no idea who it was, just that it was someone Dalgina hadn't met before. She scrambled under the couch, afraid that the canines that hurt Mahn had found her ingala and were working on breaking in to hurt her. Her mind raced with all the possibilities, blood being used to paint everything red, destroying the soft welcoming colors that surrounded her.
From her place Dalgina heard soft singing. It was soothing, relaxing her tensed mind. Dalgina stuck her head out from underneath cautiously. Surely whoever was making such a pretty song couldn't be bad. At least that was her reasoning. Carefully Dalgina crept over to the door. Her nose nudged it open, revealing a bright red dog. Her fears had come true, and a blood covered creature had shown up. Not knowing what to do Dalgina let out a wail, howling her fear to the world.
