Fatin had no idea that she had an audience to her humming. Not that she minded. Fatin might not be an attention hog but she did enjoy performing, whether it was through music, especially dancing, or her magic. She hadn’t really done much of either but she really wanted to start up again, now that she and Asad had settled in the pack.

Yet her thoughts were interrupted by a sharp wail and she glanced around, her gaze falling on a young pup in someone’s house. She had no idea what cause the pup to go off like that but she was staring at her with horror. Fatin was worried and didn’t really know what to do. She had always wanted her own pups but hadn’t really spent much time with any pups.

So she carefully headed towards the frightened pup and said, ”Is there something wrong, little one? Can I help you? Are you hurt?” She had no idea that she was the source of the pups distress and that her approaching might cause the pup to disappear. But she stopped before she got too close to the home. It would be plain rude to enter someone else’s home without an invitation.
