It seemed the battle would never end. As soon as one tingla was free the other would be captured, creating a tiring fight that would last forever. Aylu managed to pin both of them down eventually, trying to calm them down. Keldava had a warrior's spirit though, and soon managed to work her way free. Dalgina was slower, slipping out backwards. While Keldava had Aylu's ear Dalgina had snuck around to pounce on his tail.
At last Dalgina rolled over, panting, and Keldava came over, flopping overtop of her. Hearing the bird's words the pups whined complaintively. Not go. Stay. Dalgina's sleepy words were accompanied by Keldava's tail wagging quickly, yipping in affirmation. A large yawn escaped Dalgina as she stared stubbornly at her friend, not wanting him to leave.
