Octavius was thoroughly freaked out by Amy’s behavior, he didn’t know what she normally acted like…but this was ridiculous. Throwing things at someone who was trying to help her? The woman was insane! Whining and shaking, the large white wolf crouched by the front door, keeping low so as to dodge anything she threw at head level. He hoped, so very hard, that someone would come check out what was going on already. Being here alone with this psycho woman was scaring him.
Finally he heard hoofbeats and then saw his big sister break through the brush on her beautiful steed. The dark woman jumped from the horse and raced over to him, scanning his body to check for wounds or anything bad. Octa dropped his muzzled to her shoulder and wrapped his long arms around her body, pulling her in for a tight hug and then shoved her to the ground when he remembered the wacky knife throwing woman in pain. She’s hurting…but is screamin’ and sooo mad! What’d I do, Cappy? Why she mad at me? Despite his age of seven whole months, the boy was still acting a bit childish when he was sad, excited or scared. At the moment he was a mixture of the three, and had yet to let go of his sister.
Someone else was arriving. Whipping his head around, he watched as Aeron walked up to the front door, gazing in and grinning viciously while instructing the woman inside to calm down. It seemed as if Aeron enjoyed Amy’s pain, but he couldn’t be sure. Her instructions gave him something to do, and he desperately needed to be moving. Jumping away from Caprica, she rushed over to Aeron’s horse, keeping his hands out steady and making soft noises to the unknown beast. It pinned its ears but otherwise ignored him, even when he grabbed the bag from its back. Thankful for no trouble, he brought the bag back to the house and curled up again outside the door to wait.
