A life you never thought you'd have

Insults were hurled at the dog in a language she didn't even understand. At least it appeared Aeron was making some attempt to remain in control and not do what they both wanted to do, which was try and kill each other. Amy had to doubt Naniko's wisdom in letting her into a pack that she had such destructive tendencies towards, but the leader surely knew what she was doing. Amy got what she wished for out of it anyways, so even if Anathema struggled with accepting it's new volatile member it would be just fine with her. As long as she survived it of course.

Amy smiled over at Aeron at the words. I would expect nothing less. For once a grudging form of respect glinted in her eyes as she glanced at the coyote. She might hate her guts, and wish to wear her pelt, but it seemed that Aeron was a worthwhile enemy, disciplined and sharp in her actions. If she was lucky Amy might even one day decide to treat Aeron with respect, instead of continually dissing and putting her down like the scum that Amy currently saw her as. Sauntering over to her wagon Amy hitched her horse up. With Raoth chained to the back she began her trek to the borders, searching for where the pups could die.
