No Excuse

Everyday was a beautiful day, at least in the eyes of the youth. Her sunny personality echoed through even the darkest of times, and she was thankful for herself. If she hadn't such a happy disposition, life might have been harder for her. The beautiful silver and russet pelted female pranced through the lands, a happy smile painted on her maw. She had first set out to go hunting, then it was gathering herbs, and now she was scouting. Or at least, her version of a scout. Her nose was pressed against the ground, smelling old trails of moose, deer and other scents. At one point she had even caught her own scent and laughed out loud, pleased with her investigating.

Deciding to check on the border decor, she flitted through the grasses until gruesome looking skulls were in sight. Just in that moment, another new smell hit her nose and suddenly all senses were on alert mode. Creeping through the tall grasses, she kept herself low and approached the new smell, ears pressed against her skull and a low growl forming in the bottom of her throat. Catching sight of the source of the smell, she suddenly perked up, eyes wide. Well, he didn't LOOK threatening, and he seemed to be waiting at the borders.

Raising a wolfy eyebrow she came into sight, not sure what to think. He must be either wanting to join or maybe a messenger from another pack, but why didn't he say anything? Ducking back into the grass, she took a few moments to shift into optime form as a courtesy to the other. Walking back out into sight, she walked inbetween the border stakes. " What business do you have of Inferni? " She asked, hands placed on silver hips. Her mismatched eyes glittered in the sun as she waiting for a response.
