Levent tasted her kiss eagerly, drinking the wine like a man who was starved, trying to get everything he craved in a single taste. Darkly Amy reached out, hand touching the scarred area, waiting to tear it away. The male wanted demons, and he found something that was pretty close. The snarl tore between them, startling Amy. She fell back, grasping for her sword. Levent fell over, hitting the ground and struggling to breath.
