Amy stood, her hackles raised, ready to kill the foolish coyote if she decided not to take up Amy's generous offer and leave. It seemed she was foolish enough, but suddenly turned her head, as if hearing something. Amy swung her head as well, growling. She expected something to be there, another threat. Perhaps something she could tear apart, watch their blood fly everywhere. The space was empty though. Stepping forward she sniffed the air, searching for a hidden presence. Still nothing. The girl agreed to leave though.
Amy snapped at the coyote as she passed, making sure she kept moving. Trying to take her pups and stop her from punishing her slave. It was unforgivable. The question startled Amy. She was sure she hadn't mentioned the children who had died before her current ones. There was no way for this one to know about it. Mind your own business, or next time you'll find your pelt decorating someone's cloak. Her words were vicious, full of poison as Amy sought to protect the old injury.
