WOOOOO! Lasky! Puppy Nier and Bran is such a cute image. I totally wanna get a pic of the kittens from aristocats and colour them like Bran, Nier and Ele ;P :: ::
Nier dozed happily, the fitful twitches of puppy sleep only playing about his muzzle, his lips dancing at some imagined foe in feeble puppy snarls. The warmth from the his brother and sister made him feel safe and he snuggled further into their little pile, moving further up his brothers pudgy legs and burying his face in his sisters side.He could feel his brother shifting around, obviously meaning he was awake, but Nier took no notice of it and hummed contentedly into Elessari's side.
The pups had had an eventful morning and this nap was a welcome one. Nier knew that once they grew up a bit more they would be initiated into the pack life of the Stormbringer family and he wanted to enjoy his puppyhood as much as he could. He had been talking with Pa recently and he had told Niernan of the politics of a pack, there and then Niernan had decided that the pack needed a fun loving personality to cheer them all up. He was pretty sure that the 'fun loving' personality was going to be him and Bran which meant they were more likely to get in trouble, but that was part of the fun.
Nier and Bran had started on their fun stuff this morning, hunting out interesting places and playing all the while with Elessari following along behind them, nagging that they shouldn't go so far. Niernan loved his sister dearly but he wished that she would leave him and Bran alone sometimes. They'd go off to do awesome things and she'd tag along and whine or she'd go running to Ma and then Ma would make him and his brother play with her. Niernan wouldn't have minded playing with his sister, in fact he used to enjoy it when they were younger, but now all she wanted to do was boss him and Bran around and that wasn't any fun.
Niernan was about to open his eyes and yawn as his rambling thoughts had brought him into the waking world, when a loud, high pitched yelp from his sister and a heavy head butt in his rounded belly jolted him awake. He heard Ele shriek for their Ma and that was all the inspiration he needed to struggle to his overly large paws and rush out of the den but the added cry from his brother willed him to run faster. He fixed his azure eyes on Brans fleeing caramel and white tail. He raised his head for a moment and glanced around the clearing in front of their den, his eyes found his mothers white form standing at the mouth of the den. Her chocolate brown eyes were fixed on her fleeing sons for a moment before she bent back down to console Ele. In that glance Niernan could see that he and Bran weren't in too much trouble, but they were going to be punished later. He didn't even know what he had supposedly done.
He turned his head back around and nearly ran into his brothers backside, What'cha do to Ele? She squealed like a piggy. His brother simply gave him a wicked glance and continued running. Nier took that to mean that he'd tell him when they were safely hidden away. Niernan knew that hiding only worked temporarily, Ma and Pa and uncle Emeris could always find them, even when they tried to hide their scent trail. Niernan had always thought that they had an in built 'puppy finder' and he wondered if when he was older and had puppies he'd have this puppy finder too.
