The breeze came in off the ocean and wandered about the beach and tousled the hair on a wolf that was sitting on the beach. Getting bored with the hair, the breeze moved off down the beach and found some leaves to bounce around for a bit. After a few moments, the breeze returned to the wolf and messed about his hair some more before wandering off to do breezy things that breezes do elsewhere.
Temo sat on the beach watching the surf roll in and out and kept an eye on his children while they chased the seagulls and played in the tidal pools that were scattered about. Watching them cavort about brought a smile to his muzzle as the thoughts of how lucky he was to have Jace and the four pups. Something he thought would never happen when he decided to leave his birth pack.
The gulls settled back down a ways down the beach when the pups stopped chasing them to rest and regain their energy. Temo stood up and stretched his back, the vertebrae popping into place as he did so. padded across the beach to where the pups were resting and joined them. Having fun yet? he asked them knowing full well what the answer is.
