Jazper noticed her looking at the scar on his chest and he was quick to explain how he had acquired it. She looked down, ashamed, she had not meant to make him feel as though he owed her an explanation. "I apologize Jazper, I shouldn't have been so rude." He had mentioned his mate and pups when he was explaining. Isa figured he had a mate and Jazper only confirmed her thoughts. Isa had been hoping the black male had no mate. He was charming and handsome, she wanted a mate anyways, but it would not be Jazper.
He became serious when she mentioned her loyalty being to him and the Luna. Her ears flattened against her head. She knew she had said something wrong. Jazper still accepted her into the pack though and offered Selene to show her around. Ismeme nodded when Jazper told her that her loyalty was to the pack, not him. He finished speaking and turned away as he headed back. Isa turned to Selene, a large smile on her face as her tail wagged happily behind her.
