It had been months since Regner had had a good fight and the Hybrid's blood was up, teeth bared in a permanent scowl as he stared down the gasping raider. As Regner stalked forwards he noticed a blur of grey enter his vision, forming itself into a grey Secui that slammed into his opponents stomach.
Regner's packmate was quickly driven back again but her assault had managed to keep the raider off balance, preventing him from regaining the air lost from Regner's kick. Taking a split second to return the female's nod Regner charged forwards.
He was met with steel but blocked the dominant strike with his shield, smashing the metal edged wood into the raiders bicep. While the raider was stunned Regner moved forward, dropping his axe as he moved in to close quarters. The raider tried to stab him but was forced to drop his swords in favour of pushing Regner away as the hybrid looped his arms around the back of the raiders head, forcing his opponent's face closer to his own.
Suddenly distracted by the powerful jaws snapping inches from his own muzzle the intruder had little time to do much else other than push against Regner, keeping him too far away to actually do any damage. Unable to muster the strength to break through Regner started pulling backwards, trying to unbalance the raider and expose his belly for the female fighting alongside him.
