Isa smiled at her, seeming to agree with Adelle's firm sentiment about a patrol being needed. The adult stood up to follow, and Adelle strutted over to the border, squealing a little as her tail was nipped, bringing laughter from her. Glancing back to make sure that Isa was with her Adelle set off to continue her circuit. She had a lot of ground to cover after all. Adelle wasn't actually fully aware of how large the pack was, just that wherever she wandered she seemed to remain on it. The small section Adelle had covered while with Isa had seemed a lot though, and though Adelle hadn't even covered an eighth of the border Adelle was convinced that there wasn't much left.

Marching along Adelle kept herself staying fierce and strong. The border stretched before her, and Adelle followed it to the best of her ability, doing her best not to get distracted. As a pup it couldn't be helped that she'd sometimes stop to go and investigate something, or start wandering off to do a new game, but mostly Adelle managed remained focused. She managed to walk about half a mile before she started yawning, growing tired from all the exertion. Adelle propped herself up and forced more spring into her step, refusing to give in.
