Adelle quickly settled back down once Isa stopped tickling her. She appeared to be relatively comfortable in Isa’s arms. The pup leaned into Isa as she licked Adelle’s muzzle. She seemed to be happy when Isa promised to play with the young girl again and a smile appeared on her face. She was not happy though when Isa set her down and the girl put up a bit of a fuss, not wanting to be put down. Adelle walked back to the Fort grumpily and headed into the hall where the fire was and curled up, quickly falling asleep.
Isa smiled as she watched Adelle fall asleep by the fire next to a male who had a similar coat, perhaps a parent or relative. God nat, lille en. She turned her back on the pup and headed towards her room. Isa walked in and immediately laid down on her bed which had been one of the few objects in her room. She wrapped one of the fur blankets she had around her and let herself slowly drift off to sleep with the pleasant memories of the day on her mind. She couldn’t wait till the next day she was able to spend time with Adelle.
