Sorry it's a bit short ^^;
The lake in the hills to the south of the human settlement. That's what Adelaida had told him. So here he was, with the general area she'd spoken of in front of him. Except the area wasn't unclaimed. He licked his nose and paced back and forward a little, unsure of what to do. He was fairly certain that it was another pack of those freaks -- all packs were like that, it seemed -- and while he would like to attack them, he wasn't suicidal. So instead he just... hovered there.
"Now what?" he asked himself. Should he stay here, or just leave the area and try the next spot? Well, he didn't have time to come to a decision before someone else noticed him.
