Keeping to a brisk pace, tail swaying happily behind her she began to make her way out to one of her many drawing spots, keeping to familiar trails and open paths where nothing could jump out and catch her off guard. Trailing behind her silently was Omitl, the Canada lynx rarely left home, but the dark coated girl didn't question the other's company; Omi was free to do as she pleased and although the D'angelo would never admit as such allowed, she quite enjoyed the female's silent company at times. As usual she carried her drawing equipment in the leather bag that hung from her shoulder, Rosemary too had been shoved into the bag with the rest of the girls contents, the brown toy's floppy ears hung out, too large to fit in the small bag aswell.
As she walked another’s trail reached her, lingering in the direction she was heading. A stranger? she thought aloud, titling her head in consideration she simply stared in the direction the scent seemed to lead to, undecided what to make of the situation. Not one for socialization outside of her blood related family, she didn't care to find this new person and interact with them, making small talk and acting out niceties, although at the same time she was curious to put a name and face to the strangers scent just so she could identify him later. Gripping the bag strap slung across her chest with her right arm, she made her way towards the other, moving more cautiously and making note to soften her footsteps where possible... she just wanted to look at the new person, that was all.
When the other came into sight she crouched down behind a tree and bushes, placing a knee upon the ground to keep herself steady. Beside her Omi sat down, looking towards her and to the stranger once before laying down. Peering through the foliage she observed, not wishing to make herself known, nor intending to be rude and spy, just to watch and learn about this new, strange male, that was all.
