Amy's face twisted with distaste as the heiress spoke. Really, she had no manners at all. Whoever had been raising Selene had done a horrible job. Lifting an ear at Selene's words she shook her head. You never wait for something worthwhile. You make it happen! Whatever have you been learning? Amy relaxed slightly as Dhiate left, glad that she could spare him this sight. Sighing at Selene's words Amy shook her head. If you've truly forgotten how to be around others you deserve to have it beaten into you.
Amy listened incredulously as Selene attempted to act commanding. It was a rather amusing attempt, with all the force and power behind it as a dominant child who was yet to learn how to truly throw their weight around. At the end of it Amy burst into laughter, unable to take her seriously. The last word was spoken quite well though, and even though Amy didn't understand it Amy knew that the power and charisma in that single word was the inheritance of her bloodline. Now only if the silly girl could actually harness it.
The next moment Selene had flipped around, asking Amy for advice. Well for starters, we'll get you sober. Then we can talk. If you still want something to do afterwards, I have plenty for you. The idea of the hybrid giving herself over to the dog pleased Amy to no end. She could shape Selene, help her become the powerful heiress she was meant to be. Amy reached out a hand to guide Selene down to where some water was to sober her up.
