If Selene didn't manage to pull herself together and become a proper heiress Amy had no idea what to do with her existence. If it wasn't an asset, it was a problem, one to destroy.
Absentmindedly Amy nodded at Selene's question. For her there was no question that Selene would be coming along. There was no way that Amy would let Selene go, a half finished product. Appearance was only one part of it. Selene looked beautiful now. Amy just had to get her to act beautiful. Amy watched Dhiate play with Selene's hair fondly. It looked like he'd gotten quite good with his hands through the travels. Perhaps he could help making some small crafts for her.
The hair was finally finished, and Amy allowed herself a satisfied smile at the finished result. She shook her head at Dhiate's question. Selene has something, I believe. A butterfly clip. That will do. Glancing over to Selene Amy waited for the heiress to provide the hair clip she had seen her with when Selene admitted to foolishly loving a slave.
