OOC: Oops, guess I should have been more clear. She's in Lupus form. Guessing Hadley is in optime form as well. :O

Well, she had reason to be concerned for her own safety and it seemed she was right about the strange situation she had stumbled upon. She heard the voice of the female from the beach, she was pissed. A loud sigh escaped the mercury colored wolf's lips as she looked down at the two kits. Panicked cries escaped both of their tiny mouths, a high pitched frightened sound. It kinda pulled at Fayne's heartstrings. She hadn't meant to startle them, she was just curious. Oh her curiosity...it always got her in tough situations much like this one. She shook her head sympathetically at the two fuzzy young ones, she really wish they'd just kept quiet. Now, she had to deal with their angry mother. A few moments later and the angered guardian came raging out from the trees, in Optime form, her fists clenched at her side and a nasty snarl rippling the skin above her muzzle. The red hot fury was almost tangible as the mother stepped in between her and the kits. She hopped backwards quickly to remove herself from the 'danger zone'. As the female spoke, Fayne took a few more awkward steps back. Her ears lay flat against her skull and her tail dropped from it's high dominant position to dangle in between her legs uselessly. This wolf wasn't one to cause trouble and she definitely didn't want to be on bad terms with complete strangers.

"Look, let's just take a deep breathe and calm down okay?" She said looking directly into the stranger's miss matched blue and green eyes. She was tall and slender, long blonde locks of hair draped her body and framed her face, very feminine in appearance. To be honest, she really didn't look all that threatening. If she didn't have that heartless expression on her face, Fayne would have thought little of her. The mews of the kittens behind her were still sounding off like little sirens. "I honestly didn't mean to startle your...um, children. If that's really what they were. I was simply passing by and happened to stumble upon them. I would never harm another wolf's children, whether they are feline or canine." However odd it may be that one would care for a whole other species. An awkward smile was Fayn'e final response. It would be hard to fight off another wolf in Optime form, and frankly, wasn't worth it. She was fully capable of hunting and killing her own prey. But, it would have been nice to get a freebie. She chuckled silently at the thought and continued to stare directly into the angry eyes of the wolf that stood before her.

From behind the angry female, the male she had smelled stood. He was cowering behind her just like the two kittens were, he appeared to her to be nothing more than a pup but he was clearly older than his demeanor revealed. He kind of looked like a puppy as well, his eyes were dark in color, wide with fear. He was a considerable amount taller than the angered mother, his fur dark brown and ash. His body completely covered with scars from his past. What, the hell? Fayne tilted her head at strange creature. Today was getting weirder and weirder by the second and she didn't know quite what to make of all this. A puzzled look stirred on her face, her ears swiveled slightly as she figured out what to make of all this. Her gaze diverted back to the female that seemed to be threatening to rip her limbs off with that fatal glance of hers. She remained calm despite the two strange wolf's that stood before her. If she showed proper respect she would be able to get out of here without a fight.
