Alma's sling was soon to come off. She was excited, and blew off some of the resulting energy by running all over the wastes - it was the only thing she could do with her arm still impaired. Afterwards, she turned and headed back to the mansion where the Resarcio Enkiel resided. However, she hesitated at actually entering.

It wasn't that she was afraid of it falling on her, as she'd so often worried when she thought of the mansion; in fact that fear had almost receded from her mind after spending a few days in Enkiel's makeshift hospital. She still hated buildings, of course, she was just confident this particular building had enough upkeep to stop it from falling apart. Instead, she was afraid of bothering the stoic male by continually asking when she could take the sling off.

The coyote stood at the door, looking thoughtful. After a moment's pause, she turned and wandered aimless around the mansion. She walked past the firepit where meetings were held, past the lake and the dirt-filled pool. Alma's exhaustion made her stop near the driveway; her injury and the running she'd done earlier was starting to catch up to her.

She laid down and rolled as much as she could with her arm in a sling, so she could create a suitable bed from the dead grass. When it was smooth and to her liking, she curled up into a ball. Her injured arm rested on top of her, her snout tucked beneath it. Her large, rust-colored ears were still visible. The coyote's tail covered her back legs, though as she drifted off into sleep, it twitched occasionally.
