Amy stood in the training area. It had been very helpfully pointed out to her, and she made a point of coming there every day while she was in the pack. True, she'd probably be off again soon, but until then she was going to train. Every humiliation, every threat, every defeat she'd ever faced, was channeled with those blows. Amy did not bow down. She would take them down one by one if she had to. Nobody trampled her down and got away with it. She would make sure that they cried for mercy, begging for it if they had to.
Really, the idea was very, very enjoyable. Picturing those faceless masses trying to face up against her she became a flurry across the arena. Everything that stood in her way was smashed and destroyed, targets cut to pieces in her anger. Chips flew through the air, one passing by so close it cut her cheek. Amy didn't feel anything though. Nothing but the consuming need to prove herself better than those who would call themselves her superior.
