The tugging on the tail had Amy jerking. Her tail instinctively flipped up, trying to cover and protect herself, pulled tight. She still didn't understand. The silence was continuing, no matter how hard she tried to break it. A slap to her face brought Amy snarling, beyond the point of simple submission, just wanting to be left alone. Her eyes burned with hate and fear, snapping uselessly. Her face was grabbed and Amy stilled, stopping her attempts. She watched the lips move, this time reading them.
Another blasted wolf showed up. Amy didn't expect help, knowing that they would probably kill her. She simply laid there, silent, watching their movements. Her eyes darted back and forth, occasionally licking her maw. It was quite boring, watching them talk and struggling to keep up. Amy gave up, just watching for movements of an attack. Her muzzle was firmly clamped, much to Amy's dismay, but it wasn't like there was anything she could do really. She couldn't speak. Couldn't make any noise at all.
The pair finally left her alone, curled on the floor. She stayed there for a moment, watching, wary of a return. Sitting up Amy wrapped her arms around her body. The silence was still there. It wasn't going away. Lifting her head Amy howled, just wanting the silence to end, for the pain to go away. Everything she was had been dashed, her pride destroyed. What was she now?
