Lillith did not miss the slick raise of the woman’s hackles, nor did she miss the shift in the woman’s aura. Lillith tense again then, rising slightly to her feet; Linquilea obviously did not like the pup relaxing before her. But the red girl listened to the woman with perked ears, listened as she spoke of how the things Lillith had killed were mere tastes of what it was truly like to kill something. Lillith felt her heart beat quicken, her adrenaline rising, both from fear as well as complete excitement. The idea that Lillith was born a deadly predator did not scare the girl in the least bit.
Standing all the way then she took several steps towards the woman, making sure to flatten her tufted white ears against her head and tuck her tail, Can you show me? She asked eagerly. Ever since she had watched her father kill the rabid cat several weeks ago she had been enamored with death. How did it feel to kill something that could look at you with knowing eyes as it died? Lillith knew she could never speak to her mother or father about these feelings, but this dark woman was different.
Lillith’s eyes darted around her for a moment, I want to kill someone, show me how to kill someone. Her voice was timid though, for even though the thought of killing someone aroused her she was still young and knew nothing of murder. The only idea of death she had was what she had witnessed; the quite death of an old woman, and the slaughtering of a ravaging wild-cat.
