Shadow looked at her and he smiled and when she ran at him he bent down a little and caught her in his arms as he hugged her tight and spun lightly and then as he faced the door again with her in arms he slowly lowered her and as she moved down his body he had to close his eyes for a second as he remembered why it was that she seemed so damn desirable at that moment. He looked down into her eyes and smiled and he leaned in and nuzzled her neck as his arms seemed to be stuck. Normally at this time he would let her go and they would talk but it seemed his own body was working against him. As an assassin he was trained to kill, to fight and to be able to handle any situation that came his way, never did he think that a woman in heat would so easy throw him off.
He was lost when his own mate was in heat and he wanted her every second of every day and now here he was with his friend Isa who was also in heat and he was having thoughts, so many thoughts and none of them good. He pulled his head back and took a deep breath and when he did his mouth opened lightly and he not only smelled her scent but he swore he could taste it. His heart was going and he was quickly losing himself. Shadow slowly made a little space between them but his arms were still around her and he bared his teeth while fithing his body's screams and he smiled in such a way to hide the fact that he was hating himself right now and his tail also betrayed him as it moved lightly behind him and higher than normal.
