The hybrid was all too happy to take the wood from Alma. It was an armload, but she didn't seem to struggle beneath it as her smaller companion had. The redhead piled the wood along with much of the rest and turned back to her companions -- well, one of them, as the second was still up in the trees. Myri's laugh was tittering and nervous, but she did not respond to Zana, uncertain if she'd imagined the slight against her height or not. She twitched an ear toward Alma and nodded along with the woman's speech, having little idea as to how to accomplish this thing they were supposed to do.

We can build them into the tree itself if we do it up there, the Consul pointed out, shrugging. She didn't particularly care where they started building, so long as they began at some point in the near future. With a shrug, she motioned toward Chryses and Grigorii, who had ceased unpacking and now looked to be awaiting direction. Myri hesitated, but decided she ought to step up. She was highest ranked here, after all, even if she didn't feel like it in the least. We'll start down here, and before they get too big and hard to handle, we'll move the skeleton up there, and reinforce it into the branches and trees, she decided, having to stop herself from adding, "unless you think it's better some other way." She had to take some kind of initiative, right?
