Sascha thought about it more and had come to the conclusion that Blitzen really was better off staying at the stables. Ignoring the worry of something bad happening to him as it had Donder, he decided to trust that his companion would be safe. Besides, he wasn't sure just how useful the reindeer would have been, a horse was stronger than a reindeer he was sure.
With the axe gripped tightly in his hand, he followed Alma to the gate's back entrance. He wasn't paying close attention to Alma at the moment of her twitch so he had missed it. Though his eyes were in her direction his mind had wandered elsewhere, still debating on bringing Blitzen or not. Sascha walked through the opening, gesturing a thank you with a dip of the head, before slowing his stroll for Alma to catch up once she aided Max. As they traveled he made sure the axe wasn't endangering anyone, holding it with both hands at an angle to his body. Already through the gate's door, he had decided against bringing his friend once again and hopefully this decision didn't hinder their progress. He hoped that Max's horse could handle the work load without getting too exhausted — not that he was doubting Max's care for her.
