The shout made her freeze like a rabbit who knew a pack was on it's trail. A rabbit who's gone tharn doesn't move. It simply remains frozen like a solid ball. Euphemia's hackles raised, she'd been spotten. Well freedom slipped away like the passing leaf she turned.
"Yes, Prince? the the tone the she pup used was formal, tinged still with a foreign quality. No one really call's me Euphemia anymore do they? She tried to keep her voice neautral. The young Prince, had really been one of the few she may have counted on as someone other than an indifferent member of the pack. She moved towards him, slowly and almost painfully quiet. She was not timid, far from it by any means, but she did tread carefully.
Sinking to her haunches she allowed herself to relax somewhat. "You wisdhed to see me? " She tried to keep her voice even, as she shifted her shoulders. At sixmonths old, she had wanted to shift, wanted to change, but she had resisted it seemed, and it showed in her movement. wanting to but resisting the urge, her mis-matched eyes roved over the prince. She reached foreward with her forepaws, a bit of a playbow, but nothing to puppylike. She wasn going to comport herself as an adult in this situation no matter how much seeing someone made her want to play.
