Thana had been acting different ever since she had met Jaden. There was something about him that just made her feel at home, like she could tell him everything without him running off like Shadow did. Technically she already told Jaden everything though, him and Shadowfang were the only ones who knew all about her, well, besides her sister. Isa didn’t really count though since she was there when everything happened.
Why she felt so comfortable around him was a mystery to Thana. Normally she would have used him or even killed him, but everything seemed different now that she met Jaden, but why? She didn’t have feelings for the man did she? No, she couldn’t. She barely knew him. It was possible that she knew more about his past then others did though, the same way he knew more about her. Perhaps she really did feel something for him. It wasn’t anywhere near love but she still felt something. If anything did happen between them, hopefully he would just leave one night without a word like Shadow did. What was she thinking? She was already considering the possibility that her and Jaden would end up together. It must have been because she’s in heat. The hormones were messing with her mind was all. Or were they?
Either way, Thana wanted to see Jaden again. It might not have been a good idea because of the scent she was giving off but she didn’t really seem to care. She made her way to the Dampwoods, hoping to find him. Thana wasn’t sure if he was even in the area or if she would be able to find him. She could only hope.
