Adelle was in secui form, testing out what she could and couldn't do with the large form that Grandpa loved so much. She was bigger, and she wasn't as clumsy as she was in her lupine form where her paws were far too large. She pushed at a tree she'd come across out front, old and worn out. The tree was doing well, resisting her strength. It bent slightly, but sprang back up immediately afterwards. Growling happily she danced around it, lunging forwards with her teeth.
Biting at the tree had not been a good idea. Her teeth hit the hard bark, and struck in. The reverberations that ran through her hurt! Howling Adelle backed up, shaking her head. Her mouth hung open, jaw aching from the attempt. Growling she looked at the tree. That was a tough opponent! She stilled as the deep marks on the bark registered. She had done that! Her tail wagged happily. It looked like her attempt hadn't been as useless as she'd thought. Painful, but not useless.
