She walked toward her trading wagon in order to get her blade and a few stripes of meat, she wanted to scout the area and claim any useful object for herself if she was lucky enough to find any.
The hybrid’s eyes scanned her surroundings as she made her way through the trees and bushes that covered the ground around her, the small animals that noticed her presence quickly disappeared in their shelters frightened by the carnivore’s advance. A silver reptile followed Aika from a close distance, the long scaled body of the snake shined slightly between the tall vegetation. The forest was peaceful and silent, like if the wind remained silent to the advance of the dark female.
Soon, the well known scent of dead carried the hybrid’s attention to an old carcass that laid next to an enormous tree. it was a young deer that apparently broke his leg in an accident and got unable to follow his mother, the only remains of the unlucky creature were now a few bones and his small skull.Welcome to paradise. She said with a sadistic grin crossing her dark lips as her blade carved those words on the tree’s surface. Aika took the skull and collocated it at the base of the old pine, nodding in self-approval at her new creation. Your dead is beautiful… She took one of the meat stripes and introduced it into her mouth, chewing happily she kept her eyes on the skull, remaining oblivious to the evil presence that rested in the nearby woods.
