”Such a lovely day,” Cadmeia thought to herself. A little bit of sunlight and fresh air could always make her feel better. She sniffed a flower as she trotted along, hoping that she would run into someone. Lately, she’d been thinking about where she came from. Did she used to belong to another “pack” - of Vulpes vulpes, of course? The desire to belong somewhere had been taking over her thoughts lately. Who were here true “parents”? Had they died? Did they disown her? Did she get separated by accident? Being heavy thoughts, Cadmeia decided to do all she could to push them out of her mind. She had many things to be thankful for, and being a beautiful day, there was no reason to make it seem cloudy.
Surveying the area, she noticed a slender figure approaching. It was the female wolf she’d seen Hadley spending time with. Her pelt shone in the sunlight, a bright silky grey. Cadmeia noticed the wolf was comign towards her. She shifted, startling Cadmeia only slightly (she was a bit jumpy). Then she spoke. ”I like your name,” Cadmeia replied. She looked up at Isa, longingly. Isa seemed like a motherly figure of sorts - she could feel it radiating from her, somehow. Since she seemed to be close with Hadley, Cadmeia liked her already. She padded closer, hoping she wasn’t overstepping any boundaries, and rubbed her body against Isa’s leg. She squealed a bit, out of excitement, then nuzzled Isa’s paw with her nose. She wondered if Isa would spend some time with her today - she was feeling extremely lonely, and wanted to make friends with Hadley’s acquaintance.
