Aye aye, Captain
#8
Percival crept closer, still paying close attention to everything around him, whilst trying his best still to keep himself under control. He saw one figure moving relatively close by, and his heart raced.

Somebody is down there! Maybe it's the captain...

He prayed it was anybody that could help, but despite the thought being perhaps selfish, nothing would make him more comfortable than to see Tobias there, alive and well. As his only true friend and captain, Percival had just the highest level or respect and gratitude toward Tobias.

When the figure could be made out more clearly, his heart was back to sinking, like a beautiful vessel slowly lowering itself into the cold, murky seas...
It wasn't Tobias, but another individual rummaging through the wreckage. Either way, Percival knew this may be his only hope for answers to his constantly erupting questions; Was anybody still alive? What happened? Where are we? What do we do know...

"Oi!" He called out, breaking out of his comfort zone, even, just to shout as he did. It wasn't an action like him, but it was worth it; He needed help, and couldn't just wait for it to come to him.

Percival moved closer to the other being, his gait slow and careful, just in case this stranger was dangerous, or unstable.

His voice was monotonous and soft, flowing consistently, "What 'appened 'ere? Is... The crew is... Gone?"

The jackal hybrid swallowed his nervousness down, into his heart pounding chest.
