Eris met the dark womans questioning gaze with a casual wave of her hand, and Alessandra grinned and dipped her head before turning to the task at hand. Wildly she kicked at Valhalla's side and he raced forward, neck stretched out as he ran. It wasn't long before she caught up to the skinny brother, and with gleaming eyes and a crazed expression Valhalla's hooves caught on the boys heels. Her heart thudded within her chest as a terrified scream erupted from the maw of the male, eyes wide and arms outstretched and flailing as he went down. The sound echoed within the trees and raised the hairs on Alessandras neck as it was cut short, and she felt Valhalla trample over the males form.
Sickening cracks were heard as hoof connected with bone and the woman giggled, pleased with the otherwise horrendous sounds. Grunts and moans came from the bloodied maw of the male, eyes bulging from his head. His body lay crumpled on the ground, and confident that he was done for the woman dug her heels and Valhalla reared, body lifting to the sky before the giant horse's hooves came crashing down to the earth again, landing on the boys skull. No more sounds came from his mouth, his head now crushed into the ground. With a whinny the horse turned into the other direction and started running again, this time his sights set on the girl coyote. However the girl had glanced back during the killing and simply stopped, ears folded back on her head and eyes wide and swimming with tears.
There was no point in running away now, her brother was dead and she was a slow runner. The dark woman atop the horse would surely run her down if she ran anymore, and death by horse was horrifying and not something she wanted to experience. Alessandra rode Valhalla up to the girl, murderous gleam in her eye. However she reigned the horse in and circled the girl, grim smile painted on her face.
