More Luperci where on the way, Octavius could hear the sounds of hooves and soft padding feet walking along through the territory. They were close, about to find the small group, and the young man turned to watch with a happy grin on his face. The dark female was pretty, and her accent snatched his attention immediately, causing his head to tilt over to the side. Very interesting, she’d fit in with the rest of the group without a problem. A white horse, like his own, came closer carrying a large dark man who looked just as friendly as Octa himself was.
Walking around to the side, he approached the male who called himself Frodo, followed closely by Kuuya’s large frame. The light colored stallion snorted in greeting to the other, called Strider, and nudged the boy’s back. Smiling up at Frodo, Octa took in the reddish splash of fur over his head and neck, interested in the coloring. Hi there, Frodo and Strider…nice ta meet you both. Where are you from? Reaching out cautiously, the boy brought his hand out near Strider’s face to let the horse get a smell of him, hoping that he wouldn’t be bitten.
After taking another peek around at all the other canines, he shrunk against his horse a little and sighed. Tobias, the apparent leader, frightened him a bit. While Octavius was sure that his mother could beat this gnarly man into the ground without really lifting her hand, he still creeped the young’n out a great deal. Kuuya whickered softly and dropped his head down over Octa’s shoulder, nudging his chest with a soft chin, as if trying to give a hug. Raising both hands, the white furred boy stroked at the huge head gently, blood red eyes watching everyone else with sharp curiosity.
