The short sword hooked on the small nook behind the kama. Amy let it be pushed off, smiling at the practiced movement. Perhaps that defense could be turned into an advantage. Let her sword be hooked, then twist to send the kama spinning away. Of course, it was very risky and could easily be turned back on her from how the blades were built. If she caught him off guard and moved very quickly there was a chance of it working though.
Amy leaned back as the weapon swung towards her. Her feet slid in the mud, shifting to a better position for balance. Using it that way prevented her from slipping up, knocked off balance on the wet ground. Her sword flashed through under the guard, moving to strike at his inner forearm while he had lunged forward. He backed up, Amy moving with him. More solid ground, but she could change that. Grinning Amy leaped up to the rocks that dotted the mountainside, knowing the difficulty it could grant. From above Amy kicked a foot out towards him, a swift controlled movement ready to be pulled back if a strike came.
