The black and ginger male scurried along on elegant paws. The paws betrayed him, however, as he seemed to be a little clumsy today. He was in lupus, that was probably why. He hadn't been in this form for such a long while, he'd forgotten what it felt like. Odd, he supposed. He enjoyed having opposable thumbs, but then again, he seemed to be so much more agile in lupus. The rather short young man was enjoying his walk thoroughly, as he skipped around fields and boulders and grass. There was a smell of something odd and familiar in the air, he noticed, but he paid no heed of it until the howl struck his ears.
Frodo stopped short, cocking his head to one side. The howl wasn't a threatening one, but he supposed he'd have to take a look anyway, to be sure that the guest didn't have a sinister intention. That, and he was just always friendly. His fluffy ears flopped against his skull, fur plastering to his body as he ran full speed to wherever the call had came from. It was actually getting quite dark, he noticed, so he was careful with his footing, treading carefully but as swiftly as a deer. If one was to take a tumble in the dark, it could mean for a nasty outcome.
Up in the distance, his vibrant green eyes spied the stranger, and a horse by her side. She seemed to be either stroking it or brushing it, that he couldn't really tell in the shadows. The cold winds had rose slightly by the time he was at her side, and he found himself slightly chilly. Nice utility bat belt. he commented with a grin, his eyes watching the weapons around her waist. He was unarmed, so just slightly cautious. He eyed up her brown and white horse - gelding or stallion, he couldn't quite be sure - and then flickered his gaze back to her again. Wotcha, Jeeves. Yer on Ani-a-wayan borders fer a reason, or jus' snickersneeing yerself through?
