Edit: Since there its been a week, I will bump this date up to May20th

She had arrived in this place not long ago, maybe a week she was not sure, but either way she had already learned a great deal. It was how she was; never quite talking to anyone she came in contact to but instead just listened to their conversations. Learned who was with who and how the ranks worked around this pack, she learned the hierarchy rather quickly. She could not believe when she had found the woman that was to be queen in her home town, but rather she wanted to treat her how she was taught to treat the young woman.

It was all so strange, the leaving of her home with a few other people. More so with the two brothers she knew slightly from back home; they were so interesting to watch. Into their ways of bickering and how hot tempered they seemed with each other. Shaking her short bobbed head she looked around her surroundings, thinking of what to do next. Her eyes trailed down to a slightly browned book that she had started reading not long before she had gotten to her new home, it had fascinated her from the start though it was one of the similar books she had brought. It had not as many pages and was more of a beginning reader’s book but the story was nice.

Grabbing the small book the woman walked outside of her room, it was still strange living in a place with more than just her parents of just herself. This was all just something she needed to get use to, though it would take more than a week. Or even a month, she was someone that took a long time to get use to change. When she finally reached the outside world of the courthouse and took a deep breath, unsure of where to go to read her little book.

With a shrug she walked to the town square, finding that the quite surroundings rather refreshing. Smiling, she sat down on one of the older park-like benches. It looked rebuild by by the pack but that did not matter to her. All she wanted to do was read her book, and so far it looked like that’s how it was going to play out.
