Drin had a very good question and he looked at the glass bottle with his head tilted. He looked at the top in which a cork lay sealing it, but other than that it was entirely made of glass and if broken they could lose all the drink inside.
“Well perhaps... we get this off I think.”
He had never actually opened a bottle of wine before. It wasn’t something he was use to, so taking the cork he tried pulling. Grunting a little he pulled again and even gave it a little twist. Growling a little in frustration they young man bit into the cork with his teeth. THey sank into it and he knew he’d either pull his teeth out or pull open the bottle. He knew it would be the latter as he pulled on it sideways. He heard a “pop” and then foam came flying out of the bottle, catching him in the nose. He tried to plug the hole with his hand, but that too got wet. He feared he had lost all that was inside the bottle, but upon looking it just seemed like there was more that came out that actually did. He looked at Palaydrian and smiled sheepishly.
“Ladies first or should I try to make sure it’s not poisoned?”
He gave a wink now holding up the uncorked bottle, ready to be drank right away. The scent was strong and tickled his nose a little. It didn’t burn like the drink that he and the one man... oh he couldn’t remember his name.... had. He lifted it to his nose and sniffed a little. It smelled good, but there was also a very strong scent of alcohol in it and he knew that it wouldn’t be too hard to get disoriented with this, he looked over at the woman and smiled.
