A drunken Palaydrian had him where she wanted him. After her seductive whisper, she had gone back to tantalizing his ears when she felt something change within the man. A satisfied grin started playing on her lips when Jiva began to move, but suddenly she was flying forwards instead of back onto the cushions! Drin collapsed in a heap on top of the man who had fallen to the floor. Apparently her advances were a little too much. Surprise cut through her drunken haze as she searched the handsome hunk’s face for clues or signs as to what had just happened, but suddenly the male was bursting out in laughter.
Wanting to feign hurt feelings, Drin first crossed her arms over her chest and began to frown, but with him shaking underneath her legs and the jovial look on his face, she soon dropped her act and began laughing with him. The entire situation was so ridiculous. Of course he didn’t want to dishonor her and take what she was so willingly offering, it wouldn’t be right for either of them. Drin’s heart swelled with the realization that Jiva could really be “the one” for her. Drin untangled her legs from his and snugged against him. She continued giggling and laid her head against his chest, wanting him to wrap his strong arms around her again even though they were now laying on the floor of the ruined house.
We’re sssilly, she slurred with a slight hiccup, listening to his heartbeat through the thunder of his laughter. It was as if her sexual switch had been turned off, but that didn’t mean she didn’t want his kisses anymore...on the contrary, she hoped they could still do that. Her giggles started dying away when she lifted her ear off his chest and propped her chin on her folded arms across his chest to look at him. Jivahhh... she started in a soft voice, a familiar docile smile on her face, Aye knowah Aye’ve beeen drinkin...but...Aye think Aye luv youuu. As soon as the confession was out, she buried her face in his chest and wrapped her arms around his sides.
