He missed her pouty look and wish to continue as his eyes were watering from his laughter. He was laughing so hard that he couldn’t stop, it loosened him up even more than the drink did and he felt better just leting his laughter out. Her laughter cut in and he stopped, though he still had his mouth open in a silent laugh.
“Yer perdy.”
He said. He meant to have other words in there but he couldn’t for the life of him remember what he wanted to really say, but he still thought that was good enough for now. He watched as she looked into his eyes and then spoke her confession. He felt warmth fill inside him again and he knew he was happy. He was sure to be this happy.
“Me too.”
He said quietly and as seriously as he could though he couldn’t help to stifle another onslaught of laughter. He felt comfortable here laying on the ground with the woman. He couldn’t think straight but he knew he meant his words. He was certain of it. She had buried her face in his fur and hugged him. Carefully he guided her head up to look at him and proceeded to give her another kiss. This he could at least give her, it was not bad to give kisses of affection to a wolf. He knew she was his forever wolf. If something happened with her, he didn’t think he’d ever take on a mate. The thoughts swirled around his drunken mind as he made to make her feel happy and wanted.
