Mischief on Two Legs
#1
Terra stretched out, eyes blinking sleepily. Kit wasn't there at the moment, probably off getting food so that she wouldn't leave the den they'd ended up in. Not that Terra was complaining. She was having the time of her life. So many things she'd never done before, sweet spots she hadn't realized existed. Sitting up Terra hummed happily. Having two legs was amazing. Terra preferred lupine, easier to escape and run in the smaller form, not to mention being much more dexterous in it. Optime had plenty of advantages as well though, ones that Kit was taking the time to teach her.

Moving out of the den Terra moved down to the nearby stream. Spotting her reflection Terra immediately pulled a face. The dye on her leg had been refreshed, a bright red that was almost impossible to ignore. She ran clawed hands through her hair, trying to untangle the mess. There was so much of it! Terra had never had a reason for cutting it short, not spending enough time in the form to do such a thing, but it was very rapidly becoming something she was seriously considering, especially with it catching on everything.

Huffing she finished organizing the stray strands and sat down, swinging her legs through the water. It was nice and cool, always a relieving feeling while she burned inside. Terra didn't know how long this would last, but it certainly irritated her at times. Especially when she was on her own, with no one else around. Staying in one spot was very hard, claws digging into the ground to stop herself from wandering off and leaving Kit behind.
