Alex spun around as he was called out. Peering through the darkness he made out a black wolf, looking rather eery with the partial skull. Or at least he would have if Alex had been sober enough to recognize it as such. His tail swayed behind him, moving over. Yes. They were amusing. They had driven him nuts down there, lost as he was. Only their flickering light had given him any kind of guidance about where he was at. Not that it had helped any.
Asked if he had something for the flame he looked at the torch in his hand. Was he supposed to give it something or what? He had no clue what the wolf was talking about. He looked at the bottle in his hand and shrugged. Alex shouldn't have been drinking in the first place, so maybe that would satisfy it. He did have to sober up eventually. Then he'd have to face Alaki. Growling he was tempted to take the bottle back and finish it off, managing to keep a pasted smile on. Here.
