As soon as she was told the stranger wasn't a blood monster Dalgina relaxed the rest of the way. With the fear clear she could see how foolish she'd truly acted. It was just a normal kill. Larger than ones she was used to, but perhaps the female was expecting others to come and join in. The mess was surprising as well, but she'd just have to get over it. Just because she was coated in blood didn't make her the killers in her sleep.
Invited to join in Dalgina hesitantly worked her way over. Now that she thought about it, there was something vaguely familiar about the voice. She sniffed the air, but only the blood and scent of the prey before them filtered through, disguising most of the smells. The mixed blood came through now that she was closer, but she couldn't confirm how familiar the wolf was. Tehu chirped angrily from Dalgina's shoulder, asking why they were getting closer.
Dalgina reached up one hand to Tehu, ruffling his feathers softly. A beak pecked at them sharply, a little grumpy. Withdrawing her hand Dalgina scooped Tehu up, depositing him on the faun. Strutting along he looked at the offered meat warily. Finally he picked up a single piece, swallowing it down. More time passed before he declared it good, and tore through. Giggling at the antics Dalgina knelt down as well, grabbing the young meat. It really was good.
Her mouth was full, blood running down her arms from her graceless way of eating in optime. At the sound of her name-or at least, what sounded like it-being yelled out, Dalgina flinched. Loud! Cocking her head Dalgina examined the hybrid again. If one wiped away the blood, added a gold streak of fur...Yes! You're Sidra, right? You scared me.
