Rain knew he had been distant. He just didn't know how to react to Sam being back in his life after being away for so long. She was beautiful. He hadn't told her enough that she was beautiful. He felt he was losing her and a part of him was being stripped away. He needed to rekindle their love. But he didn't know if she still wanted him. He had left early in the day to hunt for her and set up a picnic. He had made food for them and set out to cook. Now all he had to do was find her.
He had carved her a trinket for her bracelet and had made her a small satchel for her medical supplies. He had to make things right. He had to show her that he loved her. He wanted to leave Casa.
