[M] Birth of A Child is a Wonderful Thing
#2
He had been watching her discomfort grow through the day, his anxiety rising. When she spoke her voice was calm, if not a little terse. He kissed her forehead gently, then walked swiftly to the den entrance. He cast one more glance at her, his anxiety showing in his amber gaze, then trotted down the hall to Panda's door. He wasn't keen on the two-toned medic, though he didn't know why. If he had a better understanding of his mental disorder, he would know that because she was neither all black, nor all white, she didn't fit neatly into his black and white category, and only wolves who were neither black or white could fit.

Hesitating at Panda's door, he lifted his fist. He meant to knock politely, but his fist hit it repeatedly, effectively pounding on the door rather than knocking. "Panda, Ayasha says its time and she needs you." There was genuine worry in his voice, from a male who only showed anger or a flat expression to those outside of his heart.

Liam stood outside the door, shifting his weight anxiously, his hand reaching into his pocket to find the multiple bone shards, his fingers grasping the smoothest, the one he held when feeling frazzled.
