Lorenzo was sharply pulled from his revere by a small slight body falling against his own. Automatically Lorenzo curled his arms around the black girl and holding her against him to steady her. The person who had bumped into her hadn't even realised it and he spoke sharply to the man, his ears laid back slightly,
"Aye! Watch where yar goin' mate. Yah almost knocked over this wee girl ere." The man apologised to the girl quickly and departed the immediate area with a nervous look at Lorenzo. Only now did Lorenzo let go of her, realising he had been holding the much smaller girl against his chest,
"Are ya okay there lassie? Ee diidn't hurt yah did E?" He looked down at her, concerned for her wellbeing.
