The man had casually and subconsciously slipped a hand into the pocket that held his throwing knives and pulled a couple out. He was really ready to pick off one of the rabbits when Wraith’s words stopped him right in his tracks. His eyes narrowed, till only the blue in them stood out. The look of irritation on his face was all too apparent and couldn’t possibly be misinterpreted. Really? Women can be impossible at times! He had no intention of hitting her with a knife, not purposefully or accidentally. His aim with projectiles was lethally accurate; since he’d chosen to be a warrior he had lots of experience with them. Wraith didn’t know that and the mutt wasn’t going out of his way explain that she needn’t worry. Mido’s mind ran off into the past, remembering something his mother once told him. Celile and all of his directly related family hadn’t been a part of his life for a little over a year now, ever since he traveled to this region. The things she had taught him, some more important than others still held true to this day.

The multicolored mix let out a sighed and rolled his eyes. Okay then. He put the light weight blades back into the pack compartment from which they came. Taking off the pack, he placed it next to the bo-staff. Before changing into lupus form to accommodate the coyote, he remembered to take off his pants. The transformation took a couple minutes, the loss of height from the shift put him right on her level. When in Rome, right ma? The warrior cocked his head to the side, unintentionally giving her the husky glare. Is this better? He asked with honesty. Now that he couldn’t even use any of his weapons he wondered if she might be inclined to be a little more trustful, he didn’t count on it though. He paused to take care of a really bad itch behind his ear. Don’t know about you, but I’m still hungry.
