She looked away from him, sh and he had to grin at her display. He was coming into her own, turning into a woman from a girl, it would be natural for her to feel awkward and uneasy in her body and about her own behavior. He remembered vividly feeling it too having been through it not too long ago. The feeling of still being a child and yet being expected to behave more adult like, the clash of feelings making him feel stupid and out of place.
"Well ahm glad yer 'aving fun. Yar young, yah should enjoy yerself afore adult life takes ya." His eyes twinkled mischievously, he was remembering back to their tussle after teaching her how to stalk and track prey. It had been fun too, and had proven to himself that he still did have a puppy left inside of him, that the horrors he had seen hadn't robbed him of the child quality. He breathed a silent relief that she hadn't found any boys to fawn over, big brother Lorenzo wouldn't be needed just yet,
"Ahh, that be too bad. Mahybe next ball? Haha" He laughed lightly, enjoying her company and secretly glad she returned his hug rather than be embarrassed about it.
