Amy rested in the wagon, letting Adara lead the horse for once. She was tired after last night, spending it plunging through the woods in pursuit of a thief. The thief was caught and killed, much to her enormous pleasure. It did leave her needing to sleep though. The section Kohaku normally occupied now found itself piled up and made so that Amy could comfortably curl up, Kohaku given a toy to play with to stay out of her way.
She didn't sleep long. Waking up Amy hopped out of the wagon. Making sure Adara knew she was clear to keep going Amy left, wandering off to find herself a bath to wash off the remaining blood coating her body. It was disgusting, matting into her golden fur. Amy always took pride in her appearance, knowing that she was beautiful. Amy wasn't going to let blood ruin it. Not when it was easy enough to clean out. A good grooming usually took care of such things.
Finding a nice lake nearby Amy glanced around. It didn't look like anyone was in view. She was more cautious about her baths now, making sure that she wasn't left completely vulnerable. A blade remained in her grasp, as well as the ring containing poison. She wouldn't be caught twice. Stripping her clothes off Amy stepped over into the water. Humming she moved around and rapidly began to scrub it off. She didn't want to remain in there for too long.
